Walter L Hall, founder/president of A-1 Basketball Recruits Scouting Service, has been observing Michigan High School Basketball for more than 30 years. He has personally helped develop some of the most talented basketball players who have played high school "hoops" in Michigan. Through his AAU involvement, Walter has had a hand in the development of five (5) Michigan Mr. Basketball Award winners as well as nine (9) players who played in the NBA. He has been involved with more than four hundred (400) athletes who have gone on to play college basketball.
